Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be longer. We will notify you by email if there will be a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States using standard shipping services (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days after the order has shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, we [do/do not] offer international shipping.
If offered, international shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing times. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

OnlyZams is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If you receive a damaged item, email us at onlyzams.us@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item, your order will ship once all items are in stock, unless otherwise specified.
